A proper nursery…

When Hugo and Oliver were born, we had a nice decent-sized, sunlit room that we used as the boys nursery in our two bedroom house in Little Falls, MN. The room contained a mish mash of furniture, one ugly orange dresser, and an even uglier changing table. Ultimately, it functioned...it just wasn't very elegant. Does that matter? Not really, but when you are watching Entertainment Tonight every night or reading People magazine and you have to see all these jackass celebrities with their shabby chic nurseries...let's just say I found that annoying. Now of course, I am ten years older and wiser, and while I don't care about those things anymore, I would say that Glenn has a simple and beautiful nursery that isn't mish mashed or ugly. It's quite nice, not ornate, but nice. The crib is loaned to us by Auntie Brenda and Uncle Rich...it was Camille's and Adam's. The only thing we spent money on was the crib bedding, the dresser and the chair. It functions! Here are some photos: [gallery columns="2"]
